Friends at Work

I love having friends that I can commiserate with on lunch breaks etc., it's always helpful when they already know the cast of characters! But can you TRUST the people you work with??

Do you have friends at work? Were you friends before you started working there? What have you found are the benefits of having friends at work? Downfalls??
