I read this month that your DH or SO should give you a 30 minute massage a week to beat stress. I agree with this!! I think my DH should give me a massage every week.

Yeah, so I'm gonna be finding that article and forwarding it to my SO!!!!

(Although, to be fair, he's okay about giving massages, but I don't think they're quite 30 minues and I KNOW they're not weekly......but I mean, this is my HEALTH we're talking about!!! haha)

My boyfriend knows that I get a weekly massage from blind masseuse in nearby spa. He told me that I can always get a free massage from him and I let him. It's just so sweet.
