I have recently been trying to lose weight, just to be a helthier mother for my children and husband, i have also started this weight loss, to be a good role model for my kids in hopes they would follow. I need help trying though, it seems as if that is not enough motivation to keep me going until i reach my weight loss goal. What can i do to keep myself motivated
