Default At least workout 3 times a week

One thing I'd suggest everyone do is at least work out 3 times a week. Usually about an hour each time is the right thing to do. When you feel ready, add a day every other week. You can do 6 or 7 days a week of working out. Trust me it's a great thing to do.
