1) Can you go to an online college with a ged? 2) What are some good online colleges that don't scam you? 3) How much does it cost? 4) At what age can you start online college? Can you start before the age of 18 as long as your still paying? |

I'm currently enrolled in Central Michigan University as a grad student. I'm taking classes off campus at the joint education center at Camp Pendleton. Central Michigan has some degrees that they offer online and they are considered a legitimate college. There's certainly many more to choose from but maybe knowing about CMU will get your creative juices flowing!
Just a note about University of Phoenix... as far as I can tell, it is a legitimate degree however many employers just do not see it as "the real thing". Also, UP is expensive. My advice to you is to first decide what degree you want, then start looking for brick and mortar colleges that support online programs. Look for a college with a football team! HA! How's that for a criterion?! |

I agree that a football team does not a good college make, but it forces the person looking for a "real" college to look for "real" things.

Yup. Totally agree.
And we did have a great basketball team for a few years. ![]() |
