Default 6 meals a day is the right way

One thing I've always been told, is that you should eat at least 6 meals a day. 3 big meals and 3 small ones. The main 3 would be Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. But between those three meals, you have one of the small ones, so it looks like this.

Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, Snack that's it.
