I haven't gotten sick this winter (knock on wood!) and I would like it to stay that way. What do you do not to GET healthy, but to just STAY healthy?
I used to take EmergenC but I ran out one day and never got more....Thoughts? |

Staying healthy is a perfect body maintenance.
It means... Eating the right foods and the right amounts of foods can help you live a longer, healthier life. PLUS-- Research shows that physical activity can help prevent at least six diseases: heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity (excess weight), diabetes, osteoporosis, and mental disorders, such as depression. Physical activity also will help you feel better and stay at a healthy weight. Research suggests that brisk walking can be just as good for you as an activity such as jogging. Try to do a total of 30 minutes of constant physical activity, such as fast walking, most days of the week. |

Hi,
People who come regularly to their weekly yoga classes benefit a great deal. However you can increase the benefits if you are willing to practise in between classes. Two or three 15 minute sessions, spread over the week, can go a long way. Thanks |
