Default Pea sized amount of toothpaste

One recommendation I have for you all is to use a pea sized amount of toothpaste. When putting a whole wad of it over your brush, you can end up getting white spots on your teeth. It's something to do with a certain ingredient, which I believe is some sort of sodium bicarbonate (probably wrong on this, but oh well). Using too much will whiten up certain spots you missed and it'll show small white spots all over your teeth.

Hope this tip was helpful.
