Anyone else have problems with medical insurance? It drives me nuts trying to get them to pay for stuff. When we asked them to cover my daughter's wheelchair they told me they had no record of treating her leg problems. Duh cause Scottish Rite hospital had done it for free. No way she would have the prosthetic legs she has now if we had to count on inurance.
How do you guys get them to pay for what you and your family needs?
