Default The "What's for Dinner" blahs

What do you all make for dinner when you're not really in the mood to make anything?

I'm in one of those moods today. Tired and a little bit sick. Nothing sounds good and as the minutes tick by, I'm slowly emliminating my options! If all else fails, I suppose I'll throw a frozen lasagna in the oven.

I am NO help in this department! It seems like my every day!!!

I get home - pooped from work - and the thought of spending my remaining hours in a kitchen is ucky. These are usually the days I end up having chocolate covered pretzles for dinner because I put off cooking until I just give up.

But hey, who said there was anything wrong with frozen lasagna now and then????

I think it's a really good idea to have backups like that handy for those "just in case" times.

Figuring out what is for dinner is absolutely the worst part of my day. I keep vowing I am going to start planning meals in advance but never seem to stick to it long. This winter I have really been relying on soups and chilis a lot as quick 'get dinner on the table now' meals.
