Default Glucosamine for Knee Pain

Has anyone used glucosamine to improve knee pain? One doctor says I really need to take this everyday, but my other doctor said there's no proof that it works. Has anyone tried it?

Knee pain refers to any aching or burning pain in the knee joint. Knee pain can be a symptom of numerous conditions and diseases, including knee stress, osteoarthritis, injury, gout, infection, and bursitis.

Calcium is very important for us, specially in the development of our bones at younger ages, my daughter Susie used a pill called BioAstin for a few months to increase her calcium level, she was advised to take in a lot of milk, cheese like food to increase calcium, specially small fish.

Hello Friends....

Your body does require some time to build this extra fluid in your knees but simply by taking some glucosamine for knee pain you will see a difference in as little as one month. At the second month you will feel like you had knee surgery and you have a completely new knee.

Thanks
