I do wish there was a way that kids understood that it ALL counted. Have you gotten the list of the requirements for admission? Maybe you could make like a poster or a chart for his room or something like a daily reminder of where he needs to be academically, extra curriculars, etc.? I don't know.....it's so tough.....
